Make sure that you have read the changelog of the new stuff you are updating to.
Any features added by original author, will of course not be accessible to you, until an official update is made here.

If you wish to upgrade Roxy, do so; replace everything exactly as is with your new unzipped content.
Then copy the file here named, roxy.php to roxy/fileman/roxy.php

If you wish to upgrade RFM, do so; replace everything exactly as is with your new unzipped content.
Then copy the files here named:
     dialog.php to responsivefilemanager/filemanager/dialog.php
     config.php to responsivefilemanager/filemanager/config/config.php
